IMG_0185.JPG Day One - Travel Day
Nothing particularly exciting this day. Arrived in Charlotte on time and with our luggage, rented the cars and headed out to Myrtle. Jones' driver was stolen out of his bag, but was later "discovered" by the reprobates in the other condo. All things considered, finding it didn't help much...

IMG_0190.JPG Day Two - Glen Dornoch
Round one at Glen Dornoch; not really much stands out here. Course was nice, but I got beaten on, as did several others.  Sandbagging cries begin to be heard, but without the bitterness of later in the week...

IMG_0216.JPG Day Three - True Blue
A beautiful course, but a bit of a brutal day for some of the lads; a new tour record worst score is recorded by Wade (14 points), but you can't really blame the course for that.  Brett's second 39 in two days causes the sandbagging muttering to grow a bit louder.

IMG_0251.JPG Day Five - Kings North
Another fantastic course, but the best anyone can manage is a 33, shared by Nick, Rich and Shane.  Rich wins it on retrogression.  Brett manages a second place with 31 points, no doubt due to guilt...

IMG00039.jpg Day Six - GooGoo Dolls
Fab job by the entertainment committee to put together a great evening out. Andrew and others really outdid themselves with the GooGoo Dolls concert, the sweet limo ride, our Myrtle Beach Caddy Girl hostesses, and the great fun at the piano bar. If only Rich hadn't wimped out on the fightin' activities. Can of Whoop Arse was ready to be opened. :-)

IMG_0261.JPG Day Nine - Victory at Hooters
A heroic performance like no other (and a tour record with 46 points) from Rich gets him thinking of the lead, however a major blow up would be required by Brett, and it just isn't to be. Brett's 40 point day secures him the win with a final record of -2, followed by Rich and Nick at +9..  Hooters' red hot wings and ice cold brew does little to soothe the pain, nor to erase the gritty taste of sand..
